Deleting the data Sofía keeps
Anyone who called or messaged on WhatsApp a dental clinic answered by Sofía, Gotase's AI receptionist, can ask for what Sofía kept to be deleted. GOTASE LLC provides the service to the clinic and handles these requests on its behalf.

What Sofía keeps
From a call: the name, if given; the contact phone number dictated for a call back, never the number the call came from; the reason; whether it was urgent; and the date.
From WhatsApp: the WhatsApp number, the text of the messages in the conversation and, in the same record used for calls, the name if given, a contact number if given, the reason and whether it was urgent.
It keeps no photos, voice notes, videos, documents, stickers or locations sent on WhatsApp, which are never downloaded, and no call recordings.
How to ask
By email to tati@grupogotase.com with the subject "Delete my data", saying which clinic, roughly when the call or message happened and, so that it can be found, the contact number given to Sofía or the WhatsApp number the messages came from. If there is doubt about who is asking, confirmation will be requested through the same channel.
Or by asking the clinic, which forwards the request to Gotase.
What happens next
Gotase tells the clinic, which is the controller, and deletes the record of that call or that WhatsApp conversation from its database. Deadline: one month at most (Article 12(3) GDPR). The reply goes to the email address the request came from.
The database can be restored to its state at any point in the previous six hours; after that, deleted data can no longer be recovered.
What is not in Gotase’s hands
What WhatsApp keeps on the person’s own phone and on the clinic’s, and anything the clinic has copied into its own software: each of them deletes that. If it is asked for in the same email, Gotase passes it on to the clinic.
The diagnostic copies that LiveKit, the provider that carries the audio, stored of calls until 28 September 2026 are deleted by LiveKit automatically 30 days after each call.
The data in the request itself
The email used to ask for deletion is used only to handle that request.
