There's no one to answer your clinic's phone.

At nine at night. When the line is engaged. Over lunch. Sofía answers — in the patient’s language, every time, no voicemail — and the next morning you have the message: the name, the number, and what they rang about.

Fourteen days running before you pay anything.

One call, on a Tuesday, at

  1. Sofía

Clínica dental, buenas noches. Soy Sofía, la asistente virtual con inteligencia artificial de la clínica. ¿En qué puedo ayudarte?

  2. Caller

Sorry — do you speak English? I've broken a tooth and it's bleeding.

  3. Sofía

Of course. I am sorry — that sounds painful. Can I take your name?

  4. Caller

    Emma. Emma Whitfield.

  5. Sofía

Thank you, Emma. And the best number for the clinic to call you back on?

12lateral incisor

You are open 40 hours. The week has 168.

40 h open

128 hours with nobody on the phone

And that is not only the night: it is the lunch hour, and it is when the line is engaged — hours when Google says you are open.

40 hours is a typical week. Swap in your own number: the sum barely moves.

13canine

Not an answering machine. A conversation.

What it is not

  • “Please leave a message after the tone.”
  • “To book an appointment, press 1.”

Thirty-year-old machines. They do not understand: they play back. The patient hangs up.

What it is

She listens to what she is told, understands it, and answers — in six languages, switching by herself if the patient switches.

Nobody has to press anything.

The next morning, this is waiting for you.

The 23:47 call was not lost. Sofía took the name, the number and the reason, and flagged the message urgent because there was a broken tooth and bleeding.

Today that is a loss with no name on it. Tomorrow you open, and you already know who to ring first.

This is what she does, from day one.

Working today

  • Answers a real Spanish number, always, with no voicemail.
  • Speaks six languages — Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Russian — and follows the patient if they switch mid-sentence.
  • States that she is an AI assistant in her first sentence, as European law has required since 2 August 2026.
  • Takes the name, the number and the reason. Before saving the number she reads it back digit by digit, because a number written down wrong is worse than none.
  • Flags the message urgent on severe pain, swelling, bleeding or a broken tooth, so you know who to ring first in the morning.
  • Only says what she can deliver, so you can trust what she leaves written down: an automated check runs in full on every change.
  • Recognises someone who has called before from the same phone, greets them by name, and does not ask again for details she already has.

Where she is going

Sofía is going to do everything your receptionist does on the phone today: take the appointment in your diary, send the confirmation on WhatsApp from your own number, and write it into your practice management software.

You choose the order and it is signed in an annex, with the date you set. When it exists you have it without your price going up.

And this line she does not cross

  • She does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and gives no clinical advice at all. She refers to the dentist.
  • She does not answer while your receptionist is working: she steps in when the clinic is closed or the line is engaged.

What not answering costs you.

The call nobody picks up appears in no account, which is why it does not hurt. These two do appear.

Against hiring someone

A dental clinic receptionist in Spain earns around €20,094 gross a year. With the employer’s social security, that costs the clinic about €26,000 a year, and covers forty hours a week. Sofía covers all one hundred and sixty-eight.

To be clear: Sofía does not replace your receptionist. She replaces the voicemail. What is being sold is the hours the clinic is closed, not the hours it is open.

Salary: Indeed, average dental clinic receptionist salary in Spain, 15 July 2026. Employer social security estimated at 30 %.

The short sum

A dental implant in Spain costs €1,640 on average. A single implant patient who goes to the clinic next door today because nobody answered the phone is this whole conversation.

Average price of a complete implant in Spain in 2026; usual range €1,000 to €2,500 per unit.

Fourteen days genuinely running before you pay anything.

With your calls, not with an example. Without changing your number, without installing anything, and with no commitment to carry on.

What it costs depends on how many sites you have and how many lines need covering, so we tell you on the call, with your own case in front of us. Set-up and configuration are included, and there is no minimum term.

What every clinic asks.

Eight questions that come up in almost every conversation, answered here so you do not have to ask them.

Do I have to change my number?

No. Not your number, not your provider, not your handsets. A divert is switched on for the calls nobody answers today, and switched off by dialling four digits. If you do not like it tomorrow, it is back as it was in five seconds.

Does an engineer have to come to the clinic?

Never. There is nothing to install — no software, no hardware. You dial a code on your phone and it is running.

Does this leave me without a receptionist?

The opposite. Sofía does not answer the phone while your receptionist is working: she only steps in when the clinic is closed or the line is engaged. What she replaces is the voicemail, not a person. Your receptionist arrives in the morning to messages already written up, with a number and a reason on each, instead of five missed calls with no name.

How are you different from the others doing this?

Three things, and you judge them. Sofía speaks six languages, not two: think about how many you are actually called in. You deal with the people who build her, not a call centre. And coming in among the first, you choose what gets built next, instead of using what was already there.

Do you record the calls?

No. We do not record the call and we do not keep the conversation. The only thing written down is the message: the name, the number the patient gives, and what they rang about.

Where does my patients’ data end up?

Only what is needed to ring them back is kept: the name, the number the patient says out loud, and the reason. Anything you want deleted is deleted. And the data protection contract the law requires is signed before the first invoice — without that paper there is no invoice.

My patients are elderly and will not talk to a machine.

That is a fair concern. Sofía says she is a virtual assistant from the first second, so nobody feels deceived; and if the patient does not want to continue, she tells them the team will ring back. The alternative today is not a person: it is a voicemail at ten at night, and that really does not talk to anyone.

What if it does not convince me?

Nothing is tied down: you do not change your number, you install nothing, and you sign up for no year. You dial four digits and your phone is exactly as it is today, in five seconds. There is no way this leaves you stranded.

Tell us which day we start.

And that same week Sofía is answering your clinic’s phone.

  1. A twenty-minute call

You tell us how calls reach you today and which languages you are called in. No pitch and no slides.

  2. We set her up with yours

Your hours, your languages, and how you want her to introduce herself. There is nothing to install and no engineer comes to the clinic.

  3. She answers from day one

On the number you already have. It goes live with a divert and switches off by dialling four digits.

Write to us and we will call you

Tell us the clinic name, a phone number and when suits you. We ring you: there is no form to fill in and nothing to install.

The first clinics

We are starting with a small group of clinics, and that is deliberate: they are the ones deciding what gets built next. What they ask for goes on the list with a date, and it goes near the top.

  • You choose the order things get built in.
  • Your price is locked while your account stays open.
  • No minimum term: month by month, and you leave by telling us.
  • Set-up, configuration and changes included.

Who is behind this

I spent years on the other side of a clinic counter, as a hygienist, watching calls get lost that nobody ever heard about. I set up every clinic myself and I answer the phone myself. If something goes wrong, you message me on WhatsApp and I answer.
