Privacy policy
There is no analytics, no advertising, no profiling and no third-party tags. Here is what is collected and what is not.

1. Who is responsible for this site
The controller is Ana Milena Prada Cubillos, tax identification number 49510200D, at Calle Azimut, 3, 38670 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Gotase is the trading name they operate under; it is not yet a company.

2. What is collected
Nothing. The contact form is switched off, so this site collects, stores and transmits no personal data at all. If you write to the email address or the WhatsApp number shown on the page, that is direct correspondence with you: it is used to reply to you and for nothing else.
No browsing data is collected. This site uses no analytics tooling and no tracking technology of any kind.
3. Purpose
The data is not used for unsolicited marketing and is not passed to third parties for advertising.
4. Lawful basis
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to hola@grupogotase.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Retention
If the clinic becomes a customer, retention follows the contractual relationship and the periods required by Spanish commercial and tax law.
6. Recipients and processors
The site is hosted by Vercel, acting as a processor for hosting.
Both providers process the data under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. There are no other recipients, and no disclosures to third parties except where the law requires one.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@grupogotase.com, saying which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, which is why it shows no consent banner.
Two strictly necessary cookies are used, and both are created only when you press the relevant control: "gotase-locale", which remembers the language you chose, and "gotase-tema", which remembers whether you prefer light or dark. They hold a display preference, identify nobody, and expire after a year. Under Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI they are exempt from the prior consent requirement.
9. The calls Sofía answers
This policy covers this website and nothing else. Processing the data of patients who ring a clinic is governed by the data processing agreement signed with that clinic, under which the clinic is the controller and Gotase the processor.
No patient data ever reaches this website.
